64013 HAT uses the international shipping service of the BRT courier.

Sending shipments with BRT is convenient and safe, with fast delivery times throughout Italy.

We deliver within the national territory within 1/2 working days  (for the islands an extra day is required).                                                   

SHIPPING IS FREE, for national shipments. 

Special rates apply for deliveries to the Minor Islands, Venice, Venice Lido and Livigno.

We provide real-time shipment tracking. You can track your shipment on the respective courier website (https://services.brt.it/it/tracking) in the “Track shipment” section, or by contacting BRT customer service.             

The BRT courier makes a first and second delivery attempt for each shipment.

In the event that the recipient is absent even on the second attempt, the shipment will be kept in storage at the relevant BRT office in the area and collection will cost €4.27, if it is a purchase with advance payment.

Otherwise, in case of cash on delivery purchase, the package will automatically return to the seller.

Payment methods:​

Credit cards, Klarna and on delivery with additional cash on delivery charges.
