The right of withdrawal can be made within 10 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer. The product to be returned must be intact, free of alterations and contained in its original packaging. The communication containing the intention to return or exchange the item must be sent via email within 3 days of delivery.

No returns or exchanges will be made for damage caused by errors in product care. The company does not respond in these cases. Just as it is not responsible for damages caused by the buyer.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal means the Customer's right to withdraw, for any reason and without penalty, from a purchase contract concluded remotely. The right of withdrawal consists in the reimbursement of the sum paid by the Customer for the return of the purchased goods and applies by law to purchases made by private consumers, with the exception of all purchases made by resellers and/or corporate customers in general. The right of withdrawal is bound to the following conditions:

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without any penalty and without communicating the reason within 10 working days starting from the day of receipt of the goods certified by the slip signed to the courier.

In case of direct collection, the 10 days start from the day of collection.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the established deadline, an email to: info@64013hat.com which must authorize the return.
The following information must be found in the text of this communication:
a) Name and surname of the Customer
b)Address. It is advisable to also add an email and telephone number
c) References to the tax receipt number and the transport document number
d) The desire to withdraw from the purchase
e) Description of the returned goods and related amount paid
DATA FOR SHIPPING OF ITEMS TO BE RETURNED

Once authorization has been received, the garments must be sent within 10 days of delivery, via post or any courier, to:

STEP 1: send return request email within 3 days of delivery

STEP 2: send the item to be returned, subject to authorization, within 10 days of delivery

Our company will contact you as soon as the return is received and, if the items are intact, you can choose whether to:
​
-receive a refund equal to the value of the returned goods or
-receive a discount voucher equal to the value of the returned goods, to be spent without expiry on our site

N.B. The desire to receive a refund must be communicated at the time of the return request.

From 1 June 2023, all refunds, where possible, will be made by bank transfer or no longer by card.
Those who wish to receive the refund by credit card will suffer a deduction of €15 for commissions that will be paid to the companies that manage the credits.
The purchased good for which you intend to take advantage of the right of withdrawal must be intact, in perfect condition and returned in the original packaging complete in all its parts. The shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the Customer, who is fully responsible until receipt is certified at its headquarters by 64013 HAT, which will not be liable in any way for any damage, theft or loss due to shipments returned uninsured.

The shipment of the goods to be returned must arrive complete with the return authorization number at the 64013 HAT office within 10 days of delivery; otherwise the shipment will be refused.
Upon arrival, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (e.g. use even just for testing). If the lack of integrity of the returned goods is identified, the right of withdrawal is totally lost and 64013 HAT will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs incurred for the new shipment to the sender.
If the goods have suffered damage during transport, 64013 HAT will promptly notify the Customer (2 working days from the date of receipt at our office) to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured).
In this case the product will be made available to the Customer for its return and at the same time the withdrawal request will be cancelled, as our company will no longer be able to dispose of the product.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with these rules, 64013 HAT will refund the sum paid by the Customer for the returned goods.
This refund will take place as quickly as possible and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. We inform our kind customers that the refund will be made via bank transfer, We therefore invite our kind Customers to indicate their bank details directly on the notice of withdrawal when sending it by registered mail with return receipt in order to speed up the refund process. We remind our Dear Customers that from 1 January 2008, in compliance with the directives European interbank banks, it is mandatory to use the IBAN code also for national transfers.
Therefore it will be necessary to communicate the aforementioned IBAN code to obtain a refund of the sums paid.
